A\u00e9rodynamique"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>HEPIA et le CFPT \u0153uvrent \u00e0 la r\u00e9alisation d&rsquo;une balance a\u00e9rodynamique.<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s r\u00e9ception des mod\u00e8les CAO de la balance con\u00e7ue par HEPIA, le CFPT a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 la mise en plan et la fabrication des diff\u00e9rentes pi\u00e8ces constituant l&rsquo;ensemble.<br \/>\nC&rsquo;est \u00e0 Leandro Viana, un \u00e9l\u00e8ve polym\u00e9canicien plein-temps 3\u00e8me ann\u00e9e, que l&rsquo;usinage des pi\u00e8ces a \u00e9t\u00e9 confi\u00e9.<br \/>\nSon travail a consist\u00e9 \u00e0 :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cr\u00e9er les gammes op\u00e9ratoires (s\u00e9quence d&rsquo;op\u00e9rations permettant de fabriquer la pi\u00e8ce en garantissant que les tol\u00e9rances dimensionnelles et g\u00e9om\u00e9triques soient respect\u00e9es)<\/li>\n<li>Sur la base des mod\u00e8les 3D et des plans, \u00e9laborer les programme d&rsquo;usinage \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide du logiciel de FAO Alphacam.<\/li>\n<li>S\u00e9lectionner les outils d&rsquo;usinage adapt\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<li>Usiner les pi\u00e8ces.<\/li>\n<li>Contr\u00f4ler les dimensions des pi\u00e8ces finies pour valider leur conformit\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>R\u00e9aliser un pr\u00e9-assemblage pour v\u00e9rifier la fonctionnalit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;ensemble.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>L&rsquo;usinage a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9 sur un centre d&rsquo;usinage 3 axes DMG, a dur\u00e9 environ 1 mois \u00e0 raison de 3 jours par semaine d&rsquo;atelier, les 2 autres jours \u00e9tant d\u00e9volus \u00e0 la formation th\u00e9orique.<br \/>\nCe projet nous a permis, par exemple, de d&rsquo;exp\u00e9rimenter de nouvelles m\u00e9thodes de fabrication comme le taraudage par fraisage h\u00e9lico\u00efdal ou d&rsquo;usiner une mati\u00e8re tenace qui a n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 l&rsquo;achat d&rsquo;outils tr\u00e8s r\u00e9sistants \u00e0 l&rsquo;usure et l&rsquo;adaptation de nouveau param\u00e8tres d&rsquo;usinage.<\/p>\n<p><em>Caract\u00e9ristiques de la balance:<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Dimensions :190x100x86 mm<br \/>\nPoids : env. 8 kg<br \/>\nTol\u00e9rances d&rsquo;usinage demand\u00e9es : \u00b10.01 mm soit env. 1\/3 de cheveu.<br \/>\nMati\u00e8re : Acier inox Maraging (X2NiCoMo18-9-5 \u2013 Rm &gt; 1200 N\/mm2)<\/p>\n<p>Cette collaboration motivante entre HEPIA et le CFPT d\u00e9montre la compl\u00e9mentarit\u00e9 des formations dispens\u00e9es dans nos 2 \u00e9coles et les synergies que nous pouvons cr\u00e9er dans le but de r\u00e9aliser un projet commun proche des
