Il se caract\u00e9rise par un ratio performance \/ poids tr\u00e8s int\u00e9ressant.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #8c7a37\"><strong>CONTEXTE<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s assemblage, les moteurs sont test\u00e9s avec une h\u00e9lice sur un dispositif simple sans aucune qualification. Le moteur dispose d'un carburateur, d'un allumage \u00e9lectronique sans r\u00e9glages, d'une lubrification par le carburant et d'un refroidissement \u00e0 l'air. Le d\u00e9marrage est fait \u00e0 la main en actionnant l'h\u00e9lice.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #8c7a37\"><strong>OBJECTIF<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019objectif du banc de test est de :<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>qualifier le moteur pour des mesures de performances pour chaque moteur produit.<\/li>\n<li>Automatiser le rodage pour une r\u00e9p\u00e9tabilit\u00e9 et autonomie du processus.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #8c7a37\">REQUIS<\/span><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Banc de test :<\/p>\n<p>. Consid\u00e9rer la gamme de moteurs, dans l'id\u00e9al 1 syst\u00e8me qui puisse \u00e9voluer.<br \/>\n. Simplicit\u00e9 de mise en ouvre.<br \/>\n. Alimentation en carburant par durite 4mm avec r\u00e9servoir atmosph\u00e9rique sans pompe (essence sans plomb 98 avec 2% huile synth\u00e9tique).<br \/>\n. Commande m\u00e9canique de l'ouverture du carburateur, tringle m\u00e9canique avec raccord rapide par chape.<br \/>\n. Alimentation \u00e9lectrique de l'allumage (10 \u00e0 11.1 V \/ 300 mAh).<br \/>\n. Charge variable (propri\u00e9t\u00e9 d'h\u00e9lice).<br \/>\n. Possibilit\u00e9 de mesure des param\u00e8tres suivants :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>vitesse de rotation [Tr\/min] (\u00e9ventuellement piqu\u00e9 sur l'allumage \u00e9lectronique).<\/li>\n<li>Coupe [Nm]<\/li>\n<li>Temp\u00e9rature de surface en t\u00eate de cylindre [\u00b0C] (maximum 7 cylindres).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>. Refroidissement du\u00a0 moteur, air souffl\u00e9.<br \/>\n. D\u00e9marrage du moteur (moteurs sans d\u00e9marreur)<br \/>\n.
